Very good croissants, the best from Bremen ? and the super nice service, would like to give one more star.
Great shop and great selection of different baked goods. Bread, rolls, sweets, everything is excellent.
Yes, it's something completely different and I like it very much and the staff is very nice. Prices are normal and the latte macciato vanilla is great
Maitre Stefan Boulangerie - an address for good coffee, delicious crossaints and tartes and my personal favorite the rustic baguette, which can also be freshly topped on request. I gladly accept the short waiting time when I get a very well filled baguette. A few months ago, the Maitre team opened the doors a little wider and provided a glimpse behind the scenes as part of a bake night event. Within 4 hours it was time to bake your own maitre crossaints under the guidance of Maitre Stefan and team and get to know the work behind the product. We learned the most important information right at the beginning: Maitre-Crossaints need, among other things, a good flour, French butter and a lot more time than 4 hours to make them really good :) And you can taste that too! Thank you for this little look behind the scenes! P.S. The nut tart, with a variety of different nuts, is also highly recommended :)
Hmmmm delicious :) these are real rolls
Good baked goods, unfortunately not affordable for everyone.
Good products but not cheap !! Quality has its price!!!
DELICIOUS LEMONS AND APPLE TART but very expensive
Great selection of delicious products. So far always friendly staff (:
This is a joke, right? If you can't manage to bake them then you can have the decency not to take advantage of people's shortsightedness and sell such crossiants to them for 1.6 €.
One of the best, probably the best baker in Bremen. You open the door and take the next step in France.
Eating and drinking is delicious. However, the service is not very friendly.
Top cakes and, in my opinion, the best croissants in Bremen. However, the price is very high.
Child unfriendly !!!! We were evicted from the shop on a Sunday morning because our children were too loud for the newspaper readers. Very cheeky. I haven't seen it anywhere else. What is the set up children's corner for ???
The food is very expensive. But tasty. You can hear employees coughing constantly from the back rooms. Hygiene is probably not given here.
Just something different :) Super delicious, nice staff and great atmosphere! We'd love to come back! ! !
It tastes really very good and tasty, but sometimes a bit too expensive
Best croissants and very tasty rolls. The service was good too
Waiting times are often far too long and it is not uncommon for employees to be overwhelmed with larger amounts of customers. Individual orders are then simply forgotten. With such a hectic pace, you don't want to have breakfast in the morning. If you want to get a roll, it also takes a long time and although there is salad on almost every roll, you have to ask extra at this café. And to give such a sandwich with turkey to a customer for such a high price (compared to others) is pretty cheeky, I think.
Super delicious breakfast and wonderful coffee. Bread / bread rolls are much more filling than other bakeries. We will definitely come back, thank you for the delicious experience.
Perfect breakfast choices
Friendly service and delicious French and German pastries and sandwiches.
There are some amazing pastries (and sandwiches) to be had here.
Nice products. Quiet place. Has all necessary things to go with children. Kind staff.
great baking goods, clean place, fine coffee and attentive service.
Best Bäckerei in Bremen. A bit expensive, though
Best coffee in town!
